Owner-approved protocol defaults for common operations on People's Blockchain. Native asset is PPL only. Growth Model A and referral weights are unchanged.
Approved 2026-09-29. Operators may override some values via environment variables on nodes.

Actual deploy cost depends on bytecode size and execution gas. You set a gas limit on the transaction; unused prepaid gas is not refunded in this MVP.
Eligible integer network fees follow approved Model A. Non-integer gas prepayments skip Growth Pool settlement like other decimal fees.
