By using www.peopleblockchain.network you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is operated by the People Blockchain project operators. We do not state a registered company name or office address in these terms.

People's Blockchain is provided as a test / beta network. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice. The site and network are provided "as is" and "as available".

Mainnet has not launched. Anything labeled testnet or beta is for experimentation, not production financial use.

Nothing on this site is investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not promise profits, returns, token price, listing, or income of any kind.

Test PPL and other test-network assets have no monetary value. Holding or earning test tokens does not entitle you to mainnet tokens, money, or future allocations unless we publish a separate, binding program—and none is promised here.

Wallets on this site are non-custodial: you create and control keys in your browser. You are solely responsible for safeguarding seed phrases, private keys, and passwords. If you lose them, we cannot recover funds or access for you.

Never share secrets with anyone claiming to be support. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

You agree not to misuse the site or network: no unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, attempts to break security, denial-of-service attacks, scraping that harms service availability, or interference with other users or validators.

You are responsible for activity performed with your signed-in account and with wallets you control.

The partner portal lets you sign in, receive a referral code and invite link, see direct (L1) and second-line (L2) partners you referred in our database, and bind a wallet address to view public on-chain Growth-related figures.

Referral relationships are stored off-chain for the website when you register with someone's invite link, subject to depth limits (no third-line referrals in the partner graph). On-chain Growth fee sharing follows protocol rules (including L1 70% / L2 30% of the Growth reward budget where applicable on the network). Displayed accruals depend on live network data and may be unavailable if a node is not connected.

Referral and Growth mechanics do not guarantee referrals, payouts, partners, or income. Results depend on real network activity, eligibility rules, and protocol parameters that can change.

Sign-in may use Google or email delivery through Resend under their terms. Your use of those services is also subject to their policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or test network, including loss of tokens, keys, or data.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.

We may change these terms. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
